Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors at front desk.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Arrange meeting room assignment, set up for office event/ meeting.
- Ensure reception and common area in clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Set up audio/ video conference arrangement.
- Assist in printing documents, preparing drinks and other tasks as required.
- Support admin task assign by the Office Manager.
Key Requirements:
- High school Diploma.
- One to two years experience as a Receptionist.
- Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar and video conferencing software.
